Why Choose Protone for Your Voyah Service in Dubai?
Protone Auto Care is a leading Voyah car repair garage in Dubai trusted by Voyah owners across the UAE. Our Voyah workshop in Al Quoz combines experienced technicians, advanced multi-module diagnostic technology, transparent pricing, and genuine and OEM-quality parts for every Voyah model.
Voyah vehicles are not conventional cars. The Voyah Free uses a REEV drivetrain a 1.5T petrol range-extender engine that generates electricity to charge the CATL battery pack, while one or two electric motors drive the wheels independently. The Voyah Dreamer is a six-seat premium MPV on a BEV or REEV platform. Both use continuous air suspension, an advanced ADAS suite, and OTA (over-the-air) software updates that can change calibration parameters between your last workshop visit and your next. A general garage that has never seen a Voyah will misread these systems and recommend the wrong repair.
Our technicians understand the Voyah platform the interaction between the range-extender, the Battery Management System, the Motor Control Unit, and the Vehicle Control Unit. We read all modules simultaneously before recommending any work.

Complete Voyah Specialist Garage in Dubai!
Searching for a reliable Voyah service center Dubai, Voyah workshop Dubai, or Voyah repair Dubai specialist? Protone Auto Care provides complete repair and maintenance for all Voyah vehicles minor service, major service, engine repair, gearbox diagnostics, AC repair, suspension repair, brake replacement, battery replacement, body repairs, wheel alignment, and pre-purchase inspections.
Computerised Inspection & Diagnostics
The Voyah Free and Dreamer have multiple electronic control units that a standard OBD2 scanner cannot reach: the Vehicle Control Unit (VCU), Battery Management System (BMS), Motor Control Unit (MCU), range-extender ECU, air suspension module, ADAS controller, and body electronics. A generic scan reads the engine ECU only. Our professional diagnostic platform reads every module simultaneously, pulling all active and stored fault codes across the full vehicle network so we identify the actual cause of a warning light, not just the system that reported it. Every diagnostic scan produces a written report before any repair is approved.
AC Repair Service
Voyah REEV and BEV models have two cooling demands running simultaneously in Dubai’s 45°C summer: cabin cooling for passengers and battery thermal management for the high-voltage CATL pack. On REEV models, the refrigerant circuit is shared between the cabin AC and the battery chiller a leak in the shared circuit reduces both cabin comfort and battery cooling efficiency at the same time. If your Voyah’s range drops significantly in summer, or the cabin takes longer than usual to cool after outdoor parking, the battery thermal system may be the source, not just the cabin AC. We pressure-test the full refrigerant circuit compressor, condenser, evaporator, and battery chiller valve before adding any refrigerant.
Gearbox Repair
The Voyah Free uses electric motors to drive the wheels there is no conventional gearbox. Drivetrain complaints a judder at low speed, a pulsing sensation during acceleration, or a vibration when the range-extender engages need to be diagnosed differently from a conventional transmission fault. Motor mount wear transmitting vibration from the range-extender into the cabin, an inverter torque calibration drift causing uneven power delivery, or a VCU software version mismatch after an OTA update are the three most common drivetrain fault scenarios we see. We read live motor torque data, inverter current waveforms, and VCU engagement logs to identify exactly which system is responsible.
Voyah Steering Repair Dubai
The Voyah Free uses a steer-by-wire system there is no mechanical connection between the steering wheel and the front wheels. Steering faults here are always electronic or actuator faults, never hydraulic rack leaks. An uneven steering weight, a delayed steering response, or a steering warning light usually indicates a steer-by-wire actuator calibration issue or a sensor fault. We diagnose steer-by-wire faults using Voyah-compatible software, verify actuator response, and carry out a four-wheel alignment to Voyah’s factory geometry settings after every suspension or alignment job.
Voyah Brake Repair Dubai
Voyah uses a brake-by-wire system that blends regenerative braking (recovering energy into the CATL battery) with conventional friction brakes. Because regenerative braking handles most of the deceleration at low speeds, the friction pads wear slowly but they can seize if the vehicle operates mainly on electric power for extended periods without the friction brakes fully engaging. We inspect pad and disc condition, check caliper slide pin movement, flush brake fluid, and verify the regen-to-friction blending calibration after any brake service. ABS and brake-by-wire module faults are diagnosed with dedicated software.
Body Kit Modification
We provide premium body kit installations and exterior styling upgrades for all Voyah models, including the Free and Dreamer. Our services include alloy wheels, spoilers, side skirts, LED lighting upgrades, chrome delete, wraps, and custom exterior enhancements. Every modification is installed with precision to maintain factory fit and finish. We ensure radar sensors, cameras, parking sensors, and LiDAR units remain unobstructed for proper ADAS operation. After installation, we verify sensor alignment and inspect all safety systems for correct functionality. Our goal is to enhance your Voyah’s appearance without compromising performance, safety, or manufacturer standards.
Body Repair, Paint & Detailing
Voyah’s large premium panels and sensor-integrated bumpers require careful repair to preserve both finish quality and ADAS sensor function. We carry out structural dent repair, panel replacement, bumper repair, and full resprays using spectrophotometer-calibrated colour matching referenced to Voyah’s factory paint codes. Every bumper repair includes a verification of the integrated radar and camera mounting position before handover.
Tyre Replacement & Wheel Alignment
We supply and fit premium tyre brands in the correct size, load index, and speed rating for each Voyah model — the Voyah Free’s REEV drivetrain and air suspension require a specific load-rated tyre to maintain correct air suspension self-levelling behaviour. After every tyre change or suspension repair we carry out a computerised four-wheel alignment using Voyah’s factory geometry figures and verify air suspension ride height at kerb weight before and after alignment.
Voyah Air Suspension Repair Dubai
Voyah Free models equipped with adaptive air suspension require specialist diagnosis when the vehicle sits unevenly, feels unstable, or displays suspension warning messages. We inspect air springs, compressors, height sensors, control arms, bushings, shock absorbers, and suspension electronics using advanced diagnostic equipment. After every repair, we calibrate the ride height, verify suspension operation, and perform a four-wheel alignment to restore factory handling, ride comfort, and driving stability.
